Job Position – Procurement Executive

Industry Preference : Oil & Gas MEP
Manage procurement activities for MEP materials including HVAC equipment, piping, electrical components, and plumbing materials.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Ensure materials meet project specifications, technical requirements, and client standards. Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
Maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier database.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and ADNOC standards. Support cost control initiatives and maintain procurement budgets
