Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities :
• Provide administrative and clerical support to MD.
• Manage and coordinate for property, building maintenance related work as per MD’s guidelines.
• Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
• Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Coordinates office management activities.
• Takes and transcribes dictation.
• Maintain office stationery and upkeep of assets.
