Job Title: Front Office Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
5–8 years of experience in front office operations, guest services, or hospitality management, preferably in hotels or resorts
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of front office procedures, reservation systems, and guest services
Experience in managing reception teams, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge services
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
Familiarity with hospitality software (PMS systems) and reporting
