Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Handle multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive assignments
• Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and manage email correspondence
• Ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and professional email communication
• Immediate joiners are preferred
