Job Title: Reservation Manager – Catering
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
3–7 years of experience in reservations, catering, or hospitality management
Experience in UAE or GCC preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of catering services, events, and hospitality operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in reservation and CRM systems
Ability to manage bookings, schedules, and client requests efficiently
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Candidates must currently be in the UAE
Preferably available for immediate joining.
