Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager / Procurement / Purchasing Manager
Experience: Minimum 5+ years (UAE experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)

World Eats is expanding and hiring talented professionals for its upcoming project in Dubai. We are seeking experienced individuals with a strong background in food and beverage hospitality, particularly in upper casual dining concepts, to join our team in key management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant or procurement functions efficiently
• Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Oversee procurement and purchasing processes, maintaining supplier relationships and inventory control
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals
• Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure profitability
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage hospitality, preferably in upper casual dining concepts
• Strong hospitality knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining
