Telesales Specialist
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (150+ daily) to potential clients from provided databases.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
• Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads in a timely and consistent manner.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive scripts and selling techniques.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on their investment budget, preferred location, and intent to buy.
• Address customer questions and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into sales.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings and value propositions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activity
• Effectively present luxury off-plan projects and secondary market opportunities to local and international clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder, or HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Accurately capture and update customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize scripts and messaging.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, ROI rates, and new project launches from major developers.
Qualifications, Experience and Required Skill Set:
• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (Real Estate experience in UAE is Required).
• Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, objection-handling skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
