Receptionist - Sales
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to support daily operations.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Encouraging and guiding clients to share their feedback through Google reviews.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
