Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
Support commercial and operational activities within the manufacturing division
Maintain records, documentation, and confidential information
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and executive briefings
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and stakeholders
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced corporate environment

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
5–8 years of experience in administrative or commercial support roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership is preferred
Must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate availability or maximum 30-day notice period preferred

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month (based on experience level and executive assistant roles in Dubai)
