Senior Account Manager (Social Media)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key social media clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their brand, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
• Lead account strategy discussions, presentations, and reporting meetings.
• Manage multiple accounts while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
• Identify content opportunities, platform strategies, and campaign ideas.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Oversee content calendars, community management, and campaign execution.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
• Optimize campaigns based on data and audience behavior.
• Guide and mentor social media executives and account managers.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, paid media, and strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in social media and agency account management.
• Proven experience managing government accounts.
• Strong understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
