Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in engineering civil
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain preferably in Civil MEP construction
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and ERP systems
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
