Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and interior design projects
Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation
Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and convert them into BIM models
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks
Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, and UAE construction practices
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for coordinated project delivery
Update and revise models based on project changes and feedback
Maintain organized project documentation and BIM data
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Architectural and Interior Design BIM modeling
Strong experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
Mandatory proficiency in Revit
Experience in preparing detailed BIM models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing principles
Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks knowledge is an advantage)
UAE/GCC project experience preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1–2 weeks preferred

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 5,000 – 9,000 per month (based on experience level and UAE BIM market standards)
