Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Handle employee documentation, contracts, and personnel records.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate HR records and update internal HR databases.
Assist in leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance management, and staff development.
Ensure proper documentation for visa, labor, and government-related HR processes when required.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee files.
Support the HR department in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Requirements:
Full fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License
Male candidates only
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and personnel management
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience in HR operations and administration preferred
