Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
Maintain detailed patient treatment records and reports.
Educate patients on injury prevention and physical health maintenance.
Assist patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or neurological conditions.
Use physiotherapy equipment and therapeutic techniques effectively.
Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.
Provide advice on posture, movement, and physical activity.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient treatment plans.
Maintain therapy equipment and ensure proper usage.
Conduct assessments and physical evaluations regularly.
Participate in rehabilitation planning and patient follow-ups.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
Support patients with mobility aids and rehabilitation devices.
Encourage patient motivation and participation in therapy sessions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
Valid SCFHS professional classification required.
Experience in hospital or rehabilitation center preferred.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
