Position: Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions & Strategic Projects
Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support merger and acquisition activities, including operational due diligence and preparation for integration
• Assist in evaluating newly acquired healthcare facilities and help facilitate their onboarding into the organization
• Lead coordination efforts for the commissioning and launch of new healthcare branches and projects
• Work collaboratively with finance, operations, legal, and regulatory departments throughout acquisition and expansion processes
• Monitor project progress by tracking timelines, key milestones, and deliverables across departments
• Ensure newly launched or acquired facilities achieve operational readiness and smooth transition into company operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management, healthcare operations, strategic planning, or expansion-related roles
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and cross-department coordination
• Previous experience with healthcare expansion, hospital setup, or mergers and acquisitions integration will be considered an advantage
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
