Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
• Supervise, train, and motivate hostess staff to maintain high standards of service.

• Proven experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or nightlife environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Customer service excellence with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
