Cafe Supervisor
Job Location : Al Ain, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead motivate and manage cafe staff including training scheduling and performance monitoring
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns or feedback
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are sufficient assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
• Monitor cash handling and assist in daily cash reconciliation and reporting
• Support in preparing work schedules and managing shift rotations
