Requirements:
– Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant management roles, with at least 2–3 years as a Restaurant Manager.
– Proven experience managing high-volume venues (500 covers or more).
– Strong expertise in guest service standards, SOP implementation, and team leadership.
– Experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality industry is preferred.
– Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, floor management, and service flow.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving guest satisfaction.
– Experience in training and developing front-of-house teams.
– Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
