Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience as a barista, preferably with specialty coffee experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in preparing specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced café or hotel environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
