Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or related field
3–7 years of experience in IBS (In-Building Solutions) projects and site supervision
Experience in telecom infrastructure and indoor coverage solutions preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IBS systems including DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), cabling, and telecom equipment
Ability to supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Experience in team handling, site coordination, and project execution
Familiarity with safety standards and site regulations
Good communication and reporting skills
