Job Position: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 (estimated)


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telesales calls as part of a UK targeted financial services campaign.
Engage with potential clients, explain services clearly, and convert leads into successful sales.
Handle customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions during conversations.
Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style aligned with UK market expectations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and campaign results.
Stay updated with product knowledge and financial service offerings to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in UK tax or UK market campaigns.
Estimated qualification such as Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (UK market tone is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
