Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor onboarding and end-to-end vendor lifecycle management processes
Maintain and update vendor master data ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handle procurement operations using Oracle Fusion and related systems
Utilize iSupplier Portal for vendor coordination and communication
Conduct third-party risk management (TPRM) reporting and due diligence processes
Coordinate vendor risk assessments and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, finance, and compliance teams
Generate reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for management insights
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in vendor management or procurement within the banking sector
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Procurement, and iSupplier Portal
Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and procurement operations
Experience in TPRM reporting, due diligence, and risk coordination
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
Mandatory experience in banking or financial services sector
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 14,000 – AED 22,000 per month (based on experience and banking sector standards in the UAE)
