Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage warranty claims in line with manufacturer (BYD) policies and procedures
Verify warranty eligibility, documentation, and supporting evidence before submission
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments for accurate claim processing
Liaise with the manufacturer for claim approvals, rejections, and clarifications
Monitor and track warranty claim status to ensure timely submission and reimbursement
Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Analyze warranty trends and highlight recurring issues to management
Ensure adherence to internal controls and dealership standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive warranty administration
Experience with automotive dealerships (preferably EV or modern automotive brands)
Strong understanding of warranty systems, policies, and claim procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems
Preferred:
Experience working with electric vehicles (EVs) or OEM warranty systems
Previous exposure to BYD or similar global automotive brands
