1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, healthcare claims, or related operations
Experience with claims submission software or ERP systems is an advantage
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and documentation requirements
Ability to prepare, verify, and submit claims accurately and timely
Good communication and coordination skills with clients, service providers, and insurance companies
