Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity, latency, and hardware/software faults.
Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
Assist in network security implementation and monitoring.
Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Collaborate with the IT team for infrastructure improvements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 years of experience in networking (entry-level candidates may be considered).
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with network devices such as Cisco, HP, MikroTik, etc.
Knowledge of network security fundamentals.
Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Office and on-site technical environment.
May require on-call support or after-hours maintenance.
Working Hours: Sat – Thu | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
