What You’ll Do:
-Provide first-line IT support to staff
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices
-Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up equipment
-Document issues and escalate when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in desktop or IT support
-Knowledge of Windows
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Good communication and teamwork skills
