Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in construction projects
Experience in villa projects is preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Ability to review and coordinate technical aspects of villa construction projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
