Location: Oman
As Planning Head, you will lead planning, scheduling, and resource control for all offshore fabrication projects, with Planning Managers reporting to you. This strategic role requires an experienced EPCI planning professional to oversee integrated master schedules, drive portfolio performance, and ensure seamless coordination of fabrication, load-out, and offshore installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Govern integrated master schedules across all projects
Lead manpower planning, resource & cost optimisation
Oversee yard sequencing, space & load-out readiness
Deliver executive dashboards, forecasts & risk reports
What we're looking for:
Mechanical / Production Engineering Degree
18+ years in EPCI project planning & controls
Offshore fabrication yard planning experience essential
Top EPCI company background — Middle East or APAC
