Position: Corporate Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (UAE Experience Required)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with UAE corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies
Maintaining accurate statutory records and company documentation
Supporting senior management with administrative, governance, and compliance-related tasks
Handling official filings and coordinating with regulatory authorities
Assisting in ensuring adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations
Managing documentation processes with high accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting overall corporate governance activities within the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in corporate services or compliance roles
Professional certification in Company Secretarial practices is preferred
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and UAE regulations
Understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
