Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.
Monitor procurement processes and manage vendor and subcontractor payments.
Review and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve financial and contractual issues.
Track project costs, report deviations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
Support project managers in budget planning and cost control activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying on construction projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, and client/subcontractor payment processes.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Average Market Salary (Estimated): QAR 12,000–16,000 per month (based on role, location, and experience level)
