Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent member service and ensure a welcoming customer experience
Handle membership inquiries, packages, pricing, and onboarding processes
Manage customer complaints professionally and support service recovery initiatives
Coordinate bookings for classes, facilities, and training sessions
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and service requests
Support front desk operations and ensure smooth daily service delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality roles preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a strong service-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or CRM systems
