Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices
• Excellent video editing and production skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
• Experience with paid social media advertising platforms e g Facebook Ads Instagram Ads Preferred
