• Strong operations experience and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and inviting experience.
• Handle client calls and emails promptly, addressing queries and concerns within assigned timelines.
• Conduct daily follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding ongoing work and update records in the software without fail.
