HR Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist with HR processes and documentation in line with company requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record‑keeping activities.
• Use MS Office and editing tools to prepare letters, reports, and HR documents.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure accurate filing, data entry, and maintenance of HR records.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HR and administrative matters.
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within the engineering or contracting industry in the UAE (1+ year preferred).
• Skilled and knowledgeable in standard HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic editing tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Male candidate preferred.
