Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing systems
Analyze construction drawings and specifications for accurate BOQ preparation
Perform material take-offs and quantity surveying for mechanical works
Evaluate project requirements and develop competitive pricing strategies
Collaborate with project teams for tender submissions and technical clarifications
Utilize AutoCAD and estimation software for accurate project planning
Monitor cost variations and update estimates accordingly
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in mechanical estimation within the GCC region
Proven expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems estimation
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs
Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software tools
Excellent analytical, costing, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month
