Admin Coordinator (Inspection & Scheduling)

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate inspection schedules between engineers and clients in an organized and timely manner.
• Follow up with clients for confirmations, updates, and scheduling adjustments.
• Prepare and send quotations accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, schedules, and client communications.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including accounts and operations.
• Ensure smooth workflow between all departments involved in inspection and certification processes.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in administration or coordination roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience in the inspection, certification, or technical services industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, with a detail‑oriented approach.
