Sales Executive
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, business reviews, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients, proactively develop new partnerships, and drive sales growth and new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits to assess product and service needs, review orders, and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.
• Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved limits, and report on actions taken and deals closed.
• Keep customers informed of product and service updates, new launches, and any modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and CRM records on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with the Direct Manager to approve payment facilities and set appropriate credit limits based on payment behavior and order history.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, take appropriate corrective action, and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform regular market visits, prepare competitor analysis reports, and provide recommendations to increase sales and strengthen market positioning.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on the launch of new products and services and stay informed of all updates and changes.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
• 0-3 years of professional experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with prior experience in the software industry or Apple ecosystem will be preferred
• Confident with a strong, professional personality
