Service Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service and workshop operations efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, schedules, and requirements
• Support technicians and service teams with operational coordination
• Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related concerns
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely service completion
• Monitor workflow and assist in improving operational efficiency
• Support administrative and reporting activities related to service operations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in service coordination, workshop operations, or customer service
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
• Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage
• Previous experience within engineering, automobile, or industrial service operations is preferred
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
