Role Description – Gas Operator - Filling
This is a full-time, on-site technical role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Gas Operator - Filling is responsible for performing all LPG tanker filling activities safely and efficiently. The role involves operating pumps and compressors, connecting hoses, filling rooftop tanks, conducting leak checks, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
The operator will assist the tanker driver during operations, monitor equipment functionality, report abnormalities, and maintain strict adherence to LPG handling protocols.
Qualifications
Required
High School certificate
Technical Diploma / 2-year technical institute certificate
Minimum 3 years of experience in gas/plant operations (LPG, Industrial Gases, Medical Gases)
Solid working knowledge of:
Pumps and compressors
Actuators and valves
Storage tanks and filling systems
Gas leak detection systems
Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency response
Preferred:
Heavy Vehicle Driving License (UAE / GCC )
Previous experience in LPG filling stations or bobtail/tanker operations
