Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems.
Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
Troubleshoot faults in PLC, DCS, and control systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Read and interpret P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, and technical manuals.
Test and verify instrument performance and accuracy.
Maintain records of maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
Assist in shutdown, turnaround, and commissioning activities.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for maintenance activities.
Replace defective components and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain tools, testing equipment, and spare parts inventory.
