Job Position – IT Administrator
Company Name – Sharjah International Private School
Looking for a qualified and experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the school’s technology infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and provide efficient IT support to staff and students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Ensure cybersceurity, data protection, and regular backups
Manage users, permissions, and access controls
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices
Provide technical support to staff and students
Manage school email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms
Ensure smooth operation of school systems including CCTV, access control, and communication systems
Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Plan and implement IT policies and procedures
Support digital learning initiatives and school websites
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Administrator in a school in UAE
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity
Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and school management systems
Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, CEH, or equivalent) – Preferred
Knowledge of UAE data protection laws and cybersecurity best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
