Job Position – Clinical Application Specialist

IT for Yas Clinic- Khalifa City
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage assigned Clinical module by providing end user support, training, workflow definition, system configuration, and implementation in YAS Clinic facilities. Be a point of contact for application vendor to communicate and resolve day to day application issues.
1. Be and SME for assigned TrakCare module(s) mainly Pharmacy, Clinician and Nursing
2. Provide level I and Level II support that includes but not limited to:
a. Support & troubleshoot day-to-day applications related issues and user queries mainly for Pharmacy, Clinician and Nursing
b. Participate in Implementation & Configuration new workflows and features
c. Conduct end-user training sessions, workshops, and workflow optimization activities
d. Manage Master data as per organizational standards
e. Manage relevant integrations e.g. Shafafiya, NPCM, FDB etc.
f. Manage reports and data requests
3. Coordinate with application vendor(s) to manage level III issues, implement new functionalities, changes in existing workflows and provide functional specifications for new requirements
4. Maintain Issue log and provide periodic updates to line manager and business owners
5. Other related responsibilities assigned by line manager
