Accounts Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS & IAS standards
• Review journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Implement and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
• Monitor fixed assets and cash management processes
• Lead, train, and support the accounting team
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Previous experience in a managerial accounting role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting operations
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• MS Dynamics experience is a must
• Experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus
• ACCA / CA / ICWAI / CMA or relevant finance qualification is a must
