Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and record daily accounting transactions and financial activities accurately.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle project costing, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring for construction projects.
• Review and manage invoices, supplier payments, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable financial standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal management for financial reporting.
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives across projects.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
