Accountant Assistant
Job Location : Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in maintaining financial records and basic bookkeeping activities.
• Support the preparation and organisation of accounting documents and reports.
• Handle data entry tasks related to financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Support senior accountants in daily financial operations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data entry.
• Assist in MS Excel‑based reporting and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
• Perform basic administrative support tasks when required.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
