Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – Lifenity Genomic Laboratory
Hiring for a proactive and detail-oriented to join our growing team.
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities
-Maintain and update CRM records accurately
-Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations
-Coordinate with clients and internal departments including logistics, finance, and operations
-Track sales targets, pipeline activities, and prepare performance reports
-Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals
-Schedule meetings, demos, and client calls
-Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure smooth coordination
-Maintain organized sales documentation and correspondence
-Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in sales coordination/support roles
-Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-High attention to detail and reporting accuracy
-Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative approach
-Ability to craft effective AI prompts and adapt AI-generated outputs for business use
