Content & Social Media Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms
• Transform raw ideas into content concepts, scripts, captions, hooks, and publishing plans
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content for platform-specific performance
• Manage YouTube channel activities including uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, metadata, and basic SEO
• Track content performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Assist with content creation during meetings, events, and production shoots
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and audience engagement
Requirements :
• 3–5+ years of experience in content management, social media marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with personal brands, executives, creators, or public figures
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and audience-friendly content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and feedback-driven environment
• Experience in finance, business, or educational content preferred
• Basic video editing skills are an advantage
• Experience creating content workflows and management systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of content strategy and social media management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X best practices
• Strong knowledge of content planning and audience engagement
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel optimization
• Strong knowledge of performance analytics and reporting
• Strong knowledge of copywriting, scripting, and content development
