Key Responsibilities :
• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams in patient treatment and care plans
• Support patients with compassion, professionalism, and empathy
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families regarding healthcare procedures and care plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Requirements :
• DOH Licensed Registered Nurse or DOH Eligibility Holder
• Psychiatry nursing experience preferred
• Freshers in the UAE may apply
• Minimum nursing experience in the home country is mandatory
• Preferably candidates holding dependent, spouse, golden, or own visa
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong knowledge of general nursing practices and patient care
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and record keeping
• Strong knowledge of patient safety and infection control procedures
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and monitoring
• Strong knowledge of mental health and psychiatric nursing principles
