Job Position – Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
– Interpret IFC drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site
– Manage RFIs and consultant comments to drive timely resolutions
– Monitor drawing progress in line with project schedules
– Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
– 4–7 years of relevant experience in construction or design coordination
– Strong communication and multitasking skills
