Customer Care Specialist
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Languages : Hindi & Urdu
Experience: 1+ year of UAE experience in Customer Care Banking Sector
Requirements : Age below 30 years
Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service-related requests
• Escalate customer queries and complaints through the appropriate channels when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure secure handling of customer documentation
• Adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and operational standards while delivering professional customer service
Salary : Up to AED 5,300 (depending on experience)
